(6) LENTEN FRIDAY FISH FRYS
Did You Know Tilapia Can Fly?
It’s true, they fly off the fryers into parishioners, vacationers and local residents. We
see that every year at St Andrew’s by the Sea Council 10677 In Corpus Christi, Texas. We completed our 2022 Charity work delivering over $27,000 in contributions with our Annual Fish Fry.
These funds will be given
to 43 selected charities. Our fish fry is held at Easter and runs for 6 Fridays ahead of good Friday. It
takes a lot of brotherhood to make the event successful. We spend approximately 975 brotherhood
hours to make it happen each year as we have for the past 12 years, under the leadership of Program
Manager, Brother Damien Carvalho and our Top Chief, Sir Ray Ray Salinas (Left side photo)

Is that a knife with a brother or a brother with a knife?
Repeat - Wash - Rinse - Stabilize - Smile
